Breast cancer patient
45 years of age and over
√ Not invasive lobular carcinoma
AND
√ ER positive
AND
√ No multiple positive nodes
OR
√ Not post-neo-adjuvant therapy (neoadjuvant hormones to tide over delay is ok)
Check the following factors
More than one tumour on imaging
(with or without MRI as per local guidelines)
OR
Grade 3
OR
PgR negative
